1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spencer ("the Service"), a project management system provided by Housty Designs ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Housty Designs from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
